Having our own fully licensed abattoir and licensed cutting plant it gives us the
flexibility to kill and cut to your own special requirements.
Slaughtering staff are all fully qualified.
We are licensed to slaughter cattle, pigs, sheep and goats.
Private slaughtering takes place on Monday (If Bank Holiday then Tuesday).
Butchering to individual requirements eg. Jointing, mincing, sausage manufacturing
and bacon curing are all available.

We supply retail butchers, caterers and the general public.
Visit our catering retail outlet at the abattoir, find us under the water towers. Open to
the general public.
Full pigs for Hog Roasts can be supplied.
