Cattle documentation requirements:

  • Passport correctly completed
  • Two corresponding ear tags
  • Food Chain Information form completed – Download form here

All cattle must be under 72 months of age. N.B. Cattle between 30-72 months must have vertebral column removed.

Livestock producers have a legal obligation to deliver clean animals for slaughter.

Cutting service available.

Temperature controlled facilities available for hanging carcass up to 30 days.
