Pig documentation requirements:
- 2 clear slap marks or 2 clear ear tags that correspond to paperwork.

N.B. Pigs classed as adult/outdoor ‘uncontrolled housing’ will have to be trichinella tested. The carcass cannot be released until a negative result is obtained. This can
take up to 3 days.
A cutting up service is available. This can include jointing, mincing, sausage manufacturing and curing of bacon.
